Canberra Balloon Spectacular

Australia's largest annual hot air balloon festival, and one of the world's largest, held in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.

In 2017, a large weather cell hit NSW and Queensland, impacting the festival by having the balloons grounded for 3 of the first 4 days. On Thursday the balloons flew but in very cloudy and misty conditions.
